We believe each student is on a pathway to success.  No two students are alike- nor is their individual pathway for learning.  AVA exposes students to a variety of curriculum, but the real ambition for student learning comes from within.  Our students develop interests, follow their curiosities, and seek a love of life- long learning.  Each child follows their unique pathway, discovers opportunities to experience and learn from, and celebrates mastery of new knowledge and skills.

Grow– What knowledge and skills do you need for YOUR pathway?  AVA helps you build a foundation of core academic skills that is designed to support continued learning.

Participate– When you participate in your learning, you own your learning.  When you explore your own curiosities, build tenacity, and reflect on mistakes, you are moving the needle towards mastery and success.  You will overcome hardships and you will celebrate your triumphs when you participate in your own pathway.

Succeed– Academic success is only one part of your pathway. How do you define and know that you have achieved personal success in the world?  How would you define your character?  What personal and professional relationships have you cultivated?  Can you effectively lead a group to achieve a common goal?
