Student arrival and dismissal will take place in the circular driveway near the main entrance of Wilson Memorial Church.  This circular driveway is located just past the Valley Road traffic circle on Hillcrest Road. 

We love greeting our students before each enrichment class!  Instructors will meet their students at the driveway and escort their class in its entirety into the classroom space.  We do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, but we allow our instructors to begin class at the designated time to honor everyone’s schedule.

Once a class has finished, and the classroom has been returned to its original manner, the instructor will escort the entire group of students to the circular driveway.  We will often be engaged in learning up until the very last minute and will plan for quick clean up times. 

Please note that your child may only be released to the adults listed on your child’s registration form.  Any changes to the registration form must be submitted in writing to the Head of School.
